Dear TRIAX Partners,

It gives me great pleasure to inform you that TRIAX UK has been working tirelessly over the past 7 weeks to secure the future of the TRIAX Brand and Product Portfolio, together with our loyal Supply Chain Partners and customers.

TRIAX UK will be the new Headquarter for our TRIAX Global business, where we own our facility, which includes warehousing and logistics for circ 2,000 pallets, and will support our TRIAX partners across EMEA.

In addition to our UK Headquarter, we have secured our R&D facility in Denmark, where our experienced Development Engineers will continue to focus on developing our TRIAX Headend Portfolio based on our new TDcH platform, whilst at the same time maintain our TDX and TDH platforms, together with our EOC solution for the Hospitality business. We will also continue to focus on our Residential and Multi Dwelling business for Cables, Aerials, Dishes, LNB’s, Multiswitches, Amplifiers, Optical Fibre, Outlets, Taps & Splitters, Connectors.

We are currently in the process of moving the production of our TRIAX Headends and EOC from Denmark to our new EMS in Europe, and our goal is to start producing our Headends and EOC at our new EMS from the beginning of October 2023.
We will also open our new TRIAX Office in Dubai next month, to support our partners in the Middle East, Asia, India and Africa, where Sachin Mohite will take up his new position as Sales Director, responsible for developing TRIAX business with our key partners.

I would kindly ask for your continued support and patience while we work swiftly to transition the manufacturing of our Headends, EOC, Amplifiers and Outlets, and assure you that TRIAX are doing our very best to minimise disruption in supply of our extensive product portfolio.
